Astor Landing campground and marina is located in the heart of Central Florida on the banks of the St. Johns River, surrounded by the Ocala National Forest, in the quiet community of Astor.

Astor landing is the perfect place to enjoy the natural Florida. We are minutes from crystal clear springs, wildlife preserves, excellent fishing and hunting, numerous parks and trails and many cultural and historical exhibits.

Our Central Florida location is also convenient to many of Florida's popular destinations including:

Our facilities include a campground with full hook-ups, boat docks with water, sewer and electric, a boat ramp on the St. Johns River, a boat and RV storage yard, and a bath house with hot showers.

Astor Landing Campground & Marina is located in central Florida on the banks of the beautiful and historic St. John's River within the Ocala National Forest. Our location is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor sports and recreation in a natural setting while providing easy access to some of central Florida's more famous destinations.

Outdoor Recreation activities include camping, rv park, boating, canoeing, fishing, hunting, hiking, cycling, biking, trail riding, swimming, kayaking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, bird watching, photography, orienteering, off roading, water skiing, snorkeling, tubing, & golf.

Directions:
By Land:
From the S.R. 40 bridge in Astor, go west on S.R. 40 for 1 mile to Alco Road, go south on Alco Road 4 miles to Astor Landing.

By Water:
On the west bank of the St. John's River, 3 miles south of the Astor Bridge, at the north end of Lake Dexter, between Channel Markers 8 and 10. Enter through the marked channel in front of our dock.

Mill Dam Group CampSilver Springs FL 34488
The Mill Dam Group Camp is designated for camping by group of up to 150 people. All vehicles must stay in the established parking area (including RV's, pop-up campers and trailers). This is a tent camping only site. There is no camping on/in the beach area. Alcohol and pets are prohibited. Gasoline motors are allowed on this lake as well as jet ski's and water skiing.  Read more

The park´s river and two lakes provide ample opportunities for boating, freshwater fishing, canoeing, and kayaking; a boat ramp provides access to Upper Myakka Lake.
