Residents enjoy living in a natural setting surrounded by woods and orange groves. The recreation area is situated on pristine Silver Lake with its 120' dock which provides ample room for fish and turtle feeding. Two Community centers, two heated pools, hot tub and a large variety of amenities are available for all to enjoy. The Park is located in the heart of Central Florida's lake country just 15 minutes from Sebring and one mile south of Avon Park.
The 98 acre community consists of 590 lots in three neighborhoods: Manufactured Homes, Park Models, and RV's.
