IBE is nestled between Naples and Ft. Myers Beach by the Imperial River, with river access for kayaking and canoeing! We are a 55+ resident owned Mobile Home Park and RV Resort in a quiet, secluded location just one mile from I-75 and within minutes of pristine beaches, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, fishing, and spring training baseball! Outstanding medical facilities, financial institutions, and churches are nearby as well. IBE is a great park with lots of activities available at no extra cost. In fact, it is the best place to get a piece of sunny SW Florida at a reasonable price. - Directions:
I-75 to Exit 116, W on Imperial St, right to Dean St, left to park entrance.
One of the great things about our park is the variety and number of activities that are available for our residents at the RV Park. You will most likely find something that appeals to you whether you are looking for outside activities, inside activities, social gatherings, dance classes, exercise classes or special events.
The outside recreation opportunities include; open and league play for horseshoes, Bocce and Shuffleboard. We have a very active bike club with weekly rides. It’s a great way to explore the area. There is a heated pool. Synchronized swimming is taught twice weekly, and water exercises are held three times a week. There are spirited games of water volleyball twice weekly.
