Park Model Amenities:
Each one and two bedroom unit is owned separately, provided through our rental program, and amenities vary according to unit availability. One BR units accommodate up to 4 people and two BR units up to 6. Units have living room, dining area, and full kitchen and bath. A private deck with deck furniture is provided. Units typically have a queen or double bed (in 2 BR a queen or double in the second BR), a queen or double convertible couch, TV (may also have a VCR), microwave oven, and air conditioned for year-around comfort. All bedding, kitchen linens, utensil, and towels are provided. Non-smoking units are available. In some cases pets are permitted. Some units provide local telephone service. Guests must provide their own toiletries. Maid service is not provided.
