Located in the Florida Keys

Coast down the magnificent Keys Highway to Mile Marker 30 where you will find a little piece of Paradise called Breezy Pines RV Estates. This unique gem will fascinate RV Enthusiasts and road-warriors of all types.
The Caribbean blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the National Key Deer Refuge set a naturally beautiful backdrop for Breezy Pines RV Estates. This park has been in operation for more than 30 years, with many guests returning year after year. Our dream is to retain the nostalgia of the past while adding the upgrades and comforts that today's RV enthusiasts require. The natural progression in this unique location is a transformation into a true "resort destination" with rights of ownership.

Own your own rv lot

Individuals have the opportunity to enjoy all the rights and benefits of RV lot ownership in what will become one of the finest RV Resorts in the Florida Keys.  The concept of lot ownership, which is relatively new to the Florida Keys will serve as a means of providing ownership opportunities to folks who believed that the possibility of ownership has passed them by.  We are dedicated to ensuring that Breezy Pines continue as a mode of affordable housing in the Keys and will try to facilitate financing.

While Breezy Pines stands as a monument to the past, its transformation marks the future of RV living.

In the months to follow the Resort will continually change and improve while still providing a relaxing atmosphere for our guests. Improvements Include: restoration of the roads, upgrades to the club house and public restrooms, new lush landscaping, sparkling laundry facilities, new greeting center with property management office, renovation and reconfiguration of the main entry
