We lead a quiet, active life and the outside world is our playground! Clubs, cruises and weekend-getaways are the norm. The sun feels wonderful at Paradise Pines NUDIST RV Park, located north of Tampa, yet close to Orlando and the Gulf of Mexico. Our private, gated, 81-space park is next to Lake Como and Paradise Lakes Nudist Resorts and a short driving distance to Caliente resort. Come experience the peacefulness we treasure. Paradise Pines' paved roads provide access to gravel, paver or concrete RV pads, most with patios, accommodating virtually any size or type of RV. 50/30 amp hookups are included. Cable TV, local telephone and high speed internet are available. And don't forget our heated pool with a community pavilion next door!

Enjoy our remodeled clubhouse with post office, laundry, library, ice machine, wireless internet and a seating lounge with TV, video games or DVD movies. Our Friday afternoon happy hour and potluck in the pavilion is always well attended; it's the best way to make friends and meet neighbors. "We look forward to our winter get-away," said one PPRVP owner who added a gazebo and small private garden to her space. "The trend has changed so that the majority of the lots are owner occupied and it shows throughout the development with landscaping, small gazebos, decks and enclosed porches." Rental RV lots are available for the month, season or annual lease.

Each lot is privately owned so rates vary by amenities, location and time of year. There also are a limited number of owners offering sites that include travel trailers. Rentals may, or may not, include electricity but do include other fees like water and trash.(Cable TV may not be included on some lots), basic wireless internet is available free throughout the park. There are no gate fees but there is a one-time $35 per person processing and background-check fee. Rentals must be arranged two weeks (minimum) in advance with our sales and rental group or with individual lot owners since there is no check-in facility for walk-ins.
