Park Rules Use of recreation facilities are limited to registered guests only Visitors must register at the office and purchase a visitor pass Florida law strictly requires you clean up after your pet Guests and visitors are limited to eight persons per site Only one recreational vehicle per site Tents of any kind are strictly prohibited All vehicles must display parking pass at all times All rates are subject to 10.5% tax and are subject to change. You will be charged the rate in effect upon check-in. No checks are accepted for rental payment. We take all requests into consideration, however, specific site numbers are not guaranteed. Pets are only permitted in pet-friendly units. Violation of this policy will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card. Damaged caused by a pet in any park model will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card. Smoking is not permitted in any park models. Evidence of smoking found in a park model upon your departure will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card. Keycards and Park Model Keys must be returned upon your departure. If they are not returned, a $20 fee will be applied to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Campsites cancellations and changes within fourteen (14) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit for daily reservations and within thirty (30) days for monthly reservations. All park model reservations require at 50% deposit (up to and equaling the amount of 50% for a one-month stay or $250.00, whichever is greater) Cancellation/change within sixty (60) to thirty (30) days will result in forfeiture of $250 of your deposit; cancellations/changes within thirty (30) fo arrival will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Cancellations of a month or more of the reservation within six (6) months of arrival date will result in cancellation of entire monthly reservation. Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort has a policy of no refunds.
