Pine Lake RV Park, a 50 acre, 135-site country RV park located in Florida's Panhandle near Panama City Beach, several state parks and pristine beaches offering spacious RV sites & rentals Located 15 miles south of I-10 on US Hwy 231, we have many attractions 30 minutes or less from the park .

Nestled among the tall breezy pines on 50 spacious acres along the shimmering waters of Pine Lake is our little piece of paradise. Ensconced in our unique setting, you’ll find country living at its finest. At Pine Lake we believe in Americana—our customs, traditions and music—and you’ll find examples of them recreated in our jamborees, festivals, games and entertainment we provide year round. You’ll also find living traditions among our friendly staff who hail from all corners of the United States and abroad as well. So come on down -- for a weekend or a while -- have some good ol' fashioned country FUN and get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Amenities
100 total large RV sites (60x30) The majority are pull-throughs. 30 and 50 amp service, sun-to-shade, dump station, recreation hall, two large pavilions, laundry, restrooms with showers and phone hook-ups at each site. Our office has a Computer, Wi-Fi, Dial up internet service, fax service, copy machine, mail service and onsite notary service.

Wi-Fi throughout our Park! We offer FREE! Internet Wi-Fi throughout our park! Just turn on your computer and it receives the signal automatically. No Wi-Fi capability on your computer? No problem, our tech-rep can rent you a USB hookup and have you up and running in minutes (we do it every day). Recreation Hall with a kitchen, satellite TV and a small library.

Trash Pick-up at the sites, if you leave your bags of trash well tied near the roadside between 5AM and 8AM we pick them up! Walking trail -- take a stroll on Pine Lake's 3 mile walking trail. Coming soon, exercise stations along the way. Gymnasium -- fully equipped gym offering weight training and aerobics machines.

Fishing is available in our privately-stocked 7 Acre Lake, so no fishing license is required. Deep sea fishing charter trips are just thirty minutes away.



PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
Check-In Time: 1:00 pm Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Inspections. All RVs older than 10 years are subject to inspection prior to entering the park. Entry / length of stay is at the sole discretion of Park Management. No window air conditioners, non-standard siding or other eye-sores are permitted. All electric and plumbing must be in serviceable condition. Visitors must register at office upon arrival. Visitor vehicle(s) need to park in designated visitor parking area (see map). Visitors are to leave campground by 10:00 pm. Campers are responsible for the actions of their visitors and they must abide by Pine Lake’s Park Rules.

Vehicles: Automobiles, RVs, motorcycles and registered motorized scooters are allowed for transportation only. These vehicles are to remain on designated roadways and can only be operated by licensed drivers. (1) Camping unit and (1) vehicle per site allowed without additional charge up to a maximum of two vehicles per site. Additional vehicles may be parked in the RV storage area if arranged by the office. ($2 dollar extra per vehicle per day) Vehicles must not be parked in the roadway or be subject to towing at any time! No Golf Carts, ATVs, Go karts, dune buggies, dirt/mini bikes and unregistered motorized scooters are permitted to be used in the park at any time! Scooters, skateboards, rollerblades are to be used in designated areas and only during daylight hours. Helmets, kneepads and elbow pads are required. No Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans or mixed breeds of such!!

Vehicle Washing



Pay in advance for a permit at office. $5 per RV and $2 per car. Bicycles are only allowed in designated areas (See map) during daylight hours. Helmets are required for children under the age of 18 and are recommended for everyone.

Children: An adult must accompany any child under 12 at all times when away from site! Drowning Hazard! Unsupervised children by the pond will result in your dismissal from park!

Conduct: No drunkenness, open alcoholic containers or disorderly behavior will be tolerated. Do not trespass on your neighbor's site. (Walk through empty sites or on pathways/streets only)

Trash: Place garbage in a sealed plastic bag put in dumpsters located in back/front of park. Absolutely no metal, large plastic, wooden and non-garbage items placed in dumpster!

Campfires
Ground fires are prohibited except in authorized campfire areas.

Waste Water: No grease, garbage, oil, chemicals, paper-towels or feminine articles in drains! These will damage the park's sewer systems and create an environmental hazard.

Restrooms/Showers: No smoking, pets, dishes, or laundry allowed in the restrooms.

Pets: You must clean up after your pet! Pets must be on a hand-held leashes at all times and not left unattended. Waste bags, available for sale at the front office, must be carried by owners while walking pets. Pet waste must be picked up immediately. A $25 fine and park eviction are penalties for failure to pick up after a pet or accumulation of waste at the campsite. Walk pets in designated areas only (see park map). Occupants certify they have proof of current rabies vaccination. No pets allowed in any buildings or the lake area. Do not allow your pet to disturb your neighbors. We take our park cleanliness and quiet atmosphere seriously!

Repairs or maintenance are absolutely prohibited on any site!
Orderliness

Your site is not a storage area! Keep it clean and orderly! No tents, boxes, refrigerators, freezers, spas, or any other items are permitted to be stored outside! Store items in opaque plastic bins under trailers and out of sight OR purchase a trailer skirt to hide such items. Storage sheds conforming to park guidelines are permitted if approved by park manager in writing. No clothes lines permitted. Satellite dishes must be affixed to proper mounts only.

Attire: Proper and clean clothing and attire is required at all times using any Pine Lake facility.

Picnic Benches: Do not affix any object or use for storage or they will be removed from site. Emergency telephone is located by office front door. Emergency phone numbers are: Police, Fire, and Ambulance 911. Campground contact is at Site 10.
