We are located on the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and just minutes from the pristine beaches of the Gulf. We offer waterfront sites with private decks overlooking the Sound. Visitors Policy

At Emerald Beach RV Park we love company! Our park amenities are here for you and your guests pleasure but to keep everyone's visit an enjoyable experience, we do need to make sure we all understand our visitor policy. NOTE: Guests that do not completely follow the policy will be asked to leave the Park immediately with NO REFUNDS; there will be NO second chances or warnings.

Our policy is as follows:
1. Each site is allowed up to 6 guests which includes children 3 and under and visitors. 2. Guests not already staying at the park need to stop at the office for a visitor's pass and must park in the over flow parking area which is located across from the office. 3. Guests who are ages 4 and up and are going to be using the facilities which include the bathrooms, beach, pier, pool or staying the night would be $4.00 plus tax charge per person per night. 4. Guests are limited to ONE vehicle per site. Overflow parking is VERY limited and only available at first come first serve. This includes trailers, dollies and watercraft. 5. No motorized vehicles (Barbie cars, hoverboards, etc) allowed in the park. This is for the safety of our guests. Bicycles can be ridden in the park. 6. Park does allow golf carts in the park as long as the driver is a licensed driver.

Pet Owners Policy

We would like to be able to keep our park pet friendly and clean, but it does take ALL pet owners to take responsibility to be able to do this. If you see another pet owner not following our policies, please let us know. If possible, the site number would be helpful.

1. We have a limit of 3 pets per site this includes indoor cats, etc. 2. Control your dogs barking at all times. 3. ALL pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately even when on their own site. Children under 12 should not walk the dog, even then the child must be able to control the dog and be willing to pick up the dog waste. 4. NO pets are allowed on the beach at any time. You may walk your dog on our fishing pier. They are allowed in the sound as long as they stay on the EAST side of the pier and away from the beach. 5. NO pets are to be left outside of the rig unattended. Pens, crates or fences of any kind are not allowed. 6. Pets should NOT be walked on other camp sites even if the site is empty. 7. If there is a pet mess on your site, we will assume it is from your pet. Please inform the office if other pet owners bring their pet onto your site and we will speak with them. 8. Breeds that are not accepted in our park are Rottweilers and Pit Bulls. NO VICOUS DOGS. 9. PET OWNERS MUST KEEP THEIR DOG IN THEIR CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. 10. Leash/leads can not exceed 6 feet.

Dog Park Rules – Use At Your Own Risk

1. EBRV is not liable for lost dogs or injuries to you or your dog(s). 2. No one under the age of 18 should use the dog park unless accompanied by an adult. 3. The dog park is open from dawn to dusk. 4. It is the owner’s responsibility to keep pet(s) on the EAST side of the pier. 5. Owners must stay in the fenced area with their dog(s) at all times. 6. No food or treats of any kind inside or around the dog park area. 7. Dogs must have a collar or harness on inside the fenced area. 8. Dogs must be on a leash upon entering and exiting the dog area. 9. Clean up after your dog(s) immediately. 10. No aggressive or vicious dogs. 11. No dogs in heat.
