Welcome to Deerhaven RV Park. We are located on the shore of the North Bay. Pictured above is the bayou that runs into the Gulf of Mexico. By boat, you can reach some of the world's most beautiful beaches in about 20 minutes.
We are conveniently located near the Panama City International Airport (ECP) and many of the areas finest restaurants, golfing, shopping, water parks, fishing and much, much more. Our address is 2812 County Road 2321, Southport, Florida 32409 (between Highways 231 & 77 and 10 minutes north of Panama City)
Park Rules
All garbage should be placed in the dumpster and NEVER left outside on the lot.
No trash, appliances, junk, or unlicensed vehicles will be stored in the park.
All sewer and water lines are to be well maintained and kept leak proof.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
One small house pet is allowed (non aggressive breeds only). When outside, must be on a leash (not tied up). Waste must be cleaned up immediately. No incessant barking.
No loud noise or music at any time, You must comply with the quiet, peaceful nature of this park.
The speed limit on the grounds is 5 mph. Please drive slow.
No sub-letting of mobile homes or RVs, and no business of any kind is permitted on the premises.
Mobile home visitors are not allowed longer than 2 weeks and must pay rent of $15/night, per person
Camp fires are allowed in the common area fire pit only.
Park and/or management is not responsible for the loss or damage to property, campers or mobile homes. You must carry your own insurance!
No illegal drugs or public intoxication is allowed in the park. The use or sales of illegal drugs will result in immediate eviction.
No undercarriage work of any motor vehicle allowed on premises.
Any new structures, or additions must be approved first. No exceptions!
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent 6 - 10 days late will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Rent 11 - 15 days late will be assessed a $50 fee. After the 15th day of the month, eviction proceedings will commence.
Any checks returned for NSF will be assessed a $35 fee. If all fees and rent are not paid by the 15th of the month, eviction proceedings will commence.
All lots are to be kept clean, tidy and sanitary. Grass and leaves should be maintained by the Lessee otherwise the park will do it and assess the cost to the Lessee.
Mobile homes and RV’s shall be kept clean and free of dirt, mold and mildew. If conditions become unsanitary, the Owner will be notified in writing and further action may result.
Any guest who disturbs the quiet enjoyment of others will be asked to leave immediately.

RV PARK AND RATES
We have 24 RV sites with 8 facing the water and the rest with a water view. Our sites have 30 or 50 amp electrical service. The long term rate is $500 per month electricity included. If you are staying with us for a shorter time, the daily rate is $75 and weekly is $200 with electricity, water and sewer included. Phone service, Internet and cable TV are available through Comcast. Please call or e-mail in advance to reserve your spot. Our park is well maintained. You can even fish on the bayou right from our dock. For your other water activities, Deer Point Lake is right around the corner. Deerhaven is a small, 4 acre park and is very quiet and peaceful.
