Located on the beautiful barrier island of Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Beach RV Resort is in a prime location to present you with everything that the island has to offers. This Resort was built with you in mind, so we boast several amenities that will make your stay with us more comfortable and enjoyable. Pensacola RV Resort is located one mile from the toll booths and overlooks Santa Rosa Sound.

We are a park and play resort meaning that no vehicle is necessary to enjoy everything on Pensacola Beach. You are within walking distance of Casino Beach, the gulf pier, the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and multiple entertainment venues. Our waterfront sites are on the sound side and offer plenty of beach access with complimentary chairs and umbrellas. There are two public access paths directly across from out Resort by which you can get right to the Gulf of Mexico.

RV Sites

Standard RV Site

We have 17 standard sites (in blue on the sitemap), these sites are located at the southern end of the RV Resort facing along Via Deluna. The standard site numbers are 1-4 which are made for motorhomes to pull into and sites 26 through 38 which are made for either motorhome or pull-behinds to back into.

Deluxe RV Site

We have 36 deluxe sites (in green on the site map) located in the center of the RV Resort circling the pool and clubhouse. The deluxe site numbers are 5-7 & 59-72 which are made for motorhomes to pull into and sites 39 & 41-58 which are made for pull behinds to back into.

Premium RV Site

We have 17 premium sites (in pink on the site map) located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound. The premium site numbers are 8-16 which are made for motorhomes to pull into and sites 17 – 24 which are made for pull behinds to back into.

Tiki Room

Home enjoy the beach life with an easy convenient place to stay that keeps you close to eateries, shopping and much more. Across the street from the sugary sands of Pensacola Beach. Queen bedroom unit with full bath, seating area, TV, and small kitchenette. Located on the first floor of the building between sites 31 and 32 the Tiki Room is 400 square feet open space with a private full bath and patio area. It has a queen size bed, a small dining area, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a sink. The full bath has a stand up shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a dresser and 40’ flat screen TV with cable.

Tiki Hut

The Tiki Hut is located within the Pensacola Beach RV Resort on the most beautiful island along the Gulf Coast. With views of the Sound (Bay) and the Gulf of Mexico directly across the street this little gem is the best spot to enjoy a relaxed vacation. We are centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, activities and nightlife. This is a 2010 Gulf Stream Travel Trailer located in Site 32. The Tiki Hut has a master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and closet space. The second bedroom has four twin size bunk beds. There is also a kitchen that is fully equipped with stove top, microwave, fridge and oven. The full bathroom has a toilet, sink and stand up shower. The living area comes with a flat screen TV, a dining table and a couch. Outside you can enjoy your own private picnic area with an umbrella for shade.

Tiki Suite

The Tiki Suite is our only rental located right on the beach with amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound and your own beach right out your front door. The Gulf of Mexico is across the street and all your shopping, dining, and exploring needs are only steps away. This is a 2017 Airstream located in a private site on the east side of the Pensacola Beach RV Resort. This unit is fully equipped with a full sound system, three televisions, dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private TV, while the second bedroom comes with a full size bed, twin bunk bed and its own private TV. The living/dining includes a table for six that can also be converted into an additional sleeping area. Right outside your door is a covered patio area and a private deck for relaxing and enjoying the view.
