For 2018-2019, we are even more excited to present our brand new upgrades and improvements: Our waterfront pool is now heated, with a new shade-screened lounge area. The brand new 300 foot long fishing pier is the perfect place to cast a line, or just catch a glimpse of dolphins gliding by. Hundreds of newly planted palm trees have been added to our already spectacular setting. At over 3,000 square feet, the new covered outdoor gathering area and fire pit is already a huge hit with our guests! The newly fenced in dog park and dog beach are a big success with our four-legged guests. All new, modern wi-fi equipment has been installed to ensure quality access for all guests of the resort. While we have completed that big list of all new features, we aren’t stopping there! For 2019, we are committed to offering even more new and exciting resort amenities. Resorts Guidelines

Plan your trip with our park guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you! CHECK-IN IS AT 1 P.M. CHECK-OUT IS AT NOON. Office Hours Seasonal Laundry Room Hours Seasonal Pool Hours Seasonal One vehicle per site (please inquire about additional parking). There is a charge for additional boats or trailers. Pets are welcome! Please keep them leashed and attended to at all times. We do not allow cages or fences. We only allow dogs or cats, maximum 2 per site. Dogs not allowed on pier or children’s beach. Rottweilers, pit bulls, dobermans, chows and wolf hybrids are not permitted. No fireworks or firearms. No tents or pop-up trailers. No golf carts. No campfires. The Florida Health Department requires a sewer donut. If you do not have one, we stock them in our resort store. Visitors must register at the office, and on holidays we do charge a fee. We cannot accommodate clothes lines.
