Nearby Lake Okeechobee, known as Florida's Inland Sea and referred to as the “Big O”, is the largest freshwater lake in Florida and offers the best boating and fishing in the area. Convention Center Banquet Facility Our 20,000 square foot air conditioned Convention Center is perfect for special events, weddings, dances and rally groups. It is the heart of our seasonal activities from bingo, exercise classes, concerts and more. Experience the best Bass Fishing on Lake Okeechobee Lake Okeechobee is nationally recognized for the high quality largemouth bass, black crappies, speckled perch and catfish. Bring your boat or hire a local guide to take you to the best fishing spots on the lake! Stay with us and sign up for several tournaments held throughout the year. We are located 1/2 mile from the Lake Okeechobee Boat Ramp. Golf Course Enjoy our 9-hole Par 34 Fairway Golf Course. Practice on our putting green and driving range before heading out to hit the links. Golf cart rentals and equipment are available in our pro shop. Tennis Enjoy a tennis match any time on our 2 lighted tennis and 6 pickleball courts! We host tournaments in season. Fitness Center Our Fairway Fitness Center has cardiovascular and weight training equipment to keep your fitness routine in tip-top shape. Playground Keep the little ones entertained on our playground located next to the family pool.

Go bike the Big O or rent a Banana Bike for the kids! Take in the beauty of Lake Okeechobee by biking the Big O's bicycle trail or pedal around the campground and local area. You can go for miles enjoying Florida birds and wildlife. While on the campground Banana Bike rentals are a favorite of the kids. (Fees apply) Pools and Hot Tub Okeechobee KOA Resort features the best pools and water activities in the area. Our Family Pool is for the kid in everyone. Our Adult Pool and Hot Tub are reserved for guests 21 and older.
