If you are looking for a Senior Mobile Home Park in Okeechobee, then you have come to the right place. We are a 55+ Mobile Home and R.V. Park Community located in the Okeechobee City limits, and centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, banks, a public library, and a Walmart.

We have 81 occupied Mobile Home Lots and 37 R.V. Lots. Some of these Lots are waterfront on our private canal where boats can be docked, and or enjoy fishing. The R.V. Lots can be rented by the night, week, month, or year. Some of our R.V. Lots are also on our private canal that enters into Taylor Creek and when heading south takes you to the rim canal and Lock 7 which opens into Lake Okeechobee. The R.V. Section has a laundry and fish cleaning house for the convenience of our residents.

We have a screened Club House that offers Winter Pancake Breakfasts, Holiday and monthly Pot Lucks. Also Art classes, Crafts, Bingo, Cards and Darts. February we have a Park wide yard sale. There is a pier behind the Screened Club House for residents to enjoy fishing, watching the boats go by, or just sit and relax, and/or visit. During the Christmas Holiday we gather to watch the lighted Christmas Boat Parade. There is also horseshoes under the shade of an old live oak tree. The office is located at Lot #19 and is open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Stop in to receive information, rates, or a tour of the park. The Mobile Home Lot rent is $304.00, $314.00, and $329.00 depending on the location. This includes 1500 gallons of water each month and garbage pick-up.

The Lots in our RV Section can be rented by the week for $150.00 utilities included in Off season. In season $175.00 a week utilities included. Monthly for $300.00 + Electric Off season. $395.00 plus electric in Season.These rates include; water, sewer, lawn care, and garbage. We do require a background check to move into Riverbend or stay in the R.V. Section for over one month. The cost for this is $26.00 for a single person and $37.00 for a married couple.
