We are a medium size, Senior Adult RV Park for guests 55yrs and older. Our boat ramp provides access to the bay and the Gulf of Mexico and a limited number of boat dock/slips are available for boats under 25’. Leashed pets under 40 lbs are welcome (some breed restrictions).

Ebb Tide is close to many area attractions. Salty Sam’s Marina (full service), The Parrot Key Caribbean Grill waterfront restaurant and the Key West Express daily ferry service to Key West are all just a few 100 yards away from the park. Fort Myers Beach is only minutes away by car but, many of our guests walk, bike or take the trolley bus from the end of Main Street.

Sites Available: 148 (40 are pull through, the rest are back-in) Hookups: all sites have 30/50 amp electric, sewer hookup and city water Waterfront Sites: yes (limited and subject to availability) RV Site Surface: concrete pads or gravel/stone pads available Maximum RV Length: 40ft (a very limited number of 45ft max sites are available) Paved Entry and Streets: yes Pets Welcome: yes, under 40lbs (some breed restrictions)
