Pelican Lake is a Luxury Motorcoach Resort located in beautiful subtropical Naples/Marco Island, Florida, at the gateway to the 10,000 Islands. This gated community is designed for Class A motorcoaches of 33 feet and longer. The resort sits on approximately 102 acres of land with a 35 acre stocked scenic lake to enhance the tranquil atmosphere at its center. Wide roads provide easy access to landscaped sites that are approximately 55ft wide by 90 to 120ft deep. The resort is lushly landscaped with picturesque palm trees, bright tropical flowers and shrubs and offers incomparable resort accommodations. We are ideally located near championship golf courses and have a driving range just minutes from the resort.

Our beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples and Marco Island are just a short drive away! Salt and freshwater fishing, boating, shelling and world-renowned shopping and restaurants are all just minutes away as well. This pristine area is a perfect location to enjoy the surrounding nature and abundant recreational activities.

Pelican Lake Motorcoach resort has a total of 289 sites approximately 50 x 100 feet and larger. Every site is privately owned and is unique in its own way. These sites are made for the Big Rigs. Our sites offer lush tropical landscaping, coachhouses (up to 308 square foot coach houses can be built on these sites), and full hook-up capabilities (water, sewer, cable, and 50 amp electric). Many of them have beautiful paver blocked pads uniquely designed to suit your needs. Our resort offers three different types of sites Cul-de-Sac Lakefront sites: these site are more private and are almost all pie shaped and larger than the lakefront sites and all have incredible wide views of the beautiful lake. Lakefront sites: These sites surround our 35 acre lake and enable motorcoaches to pull in to enjoy the lake view Off-lake sites: These sites are very private and many back up to a natural Florida preserve.

Location Information

Located in between Naples and Marco Island, Florida, Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort has location, location, location! Naples Beach is approximately 15 minutes west and Marco Island Beach is approximately 10 minutes south of our location Golf courses, restaurants, shopping, fishing, and boating are just minutes away. The Resort is 9.2 miles south from I-75 exit 101 (Collier Blvd.). From I-75, drive south on Collier Blvd to our entrance on Championship Drive.

Resort Amenities

Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort has many amenities to offer! Our resort has a centrally located 8,000 square foot clubhouse with large open party room with dance floor, catering kitchen, laundry facility, library, exercise room, and restrooms with showers. The luxurious clubhouse, with its distinctive architectural design, fine grouping of richly upholstered furniture, custom artwork and spacious dance floor, is the social centerpiece of this marvelous resort. Our resort has the best in planned activities and entertainment for all to enjoy. The heated junior Olympic pool, Jacuzzi, and Pickleball courts are for use and enjoyment by all. Our 35 acre stocked lake is also a fisherman’s getaway.

Ownership Information

Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort is a Property Owners Association and is managed by KW Property Management. As a property owner at Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort there is a quartery maintenance fee that covers the common expenses including: water, sewer, cable TV, garbage pick-up, landscape maintenance, irrigation, professional management, maintenance, amenities, security, and reserve funds. Current maintenance fees are $1,265 per quarter. The sites in Pelican Lake are all privately owned and are deeded fee-simple.
