We are two communities in one. We have our Adult RV Park nestled along side our active 55+ Adult Manufactured Home Community where you lease a private homesite and own your own quality home. Or bring your RV and settle down for the winter months with our delightful weather. There is plenty of activities to keep you as busy as you want to be.
Founded in 1970, V. Jordan wanted to develop a community for retired persons in order that they might enjoy "The golden years" of life. The Jordan Family continues the tradition of hands-on management. Within this community of manufactured homeowners & RV'ers, you'll find some of the friendliest people in all of Southwest Florida.
