Deposits & Cancellations

Please note that there is a $0.22 per day Meter Maintenance Fee for the length of your stay on all reservations over 30 days. Meter readings will be taken the day before your departure and any balance or refund will be due on the day before your departure. For stays of 29 nights or less, a deposit of $150.00 or full payment is required. For stays of 30 nights or longer a $300.00 deposit is required. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given from October 1st to May 1st except for documented medical reasons and death of immediate family members. For medical reasons this documentation must come from your doctor or other certified personnel and must clearly state facility’s contact information. Immediate family is defined by the Master Association as father, mother, spouse, children and grandparents. Cancellation fee is $100.00 for medical or death, proper documentation is required as stated above. Cancellations due to a death in family also requires documentation in the form of either a copy of death certificate or a copy of obituary as printed in the newspaper. All documentation must be received within 30 days of your cancellation to receive your refund. If the request is not received within the 30 day period along with the documentation your entire deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations due to weather are not considered for refunds. If you are delayed due to weather, you may receive a credit for days missed to be applied to extend you reservation or to be applied to a future reservation. No change fee will apply to weather delays. Shortening your stay by seven nights or more (but less than 30 days) will result in the charge of $150.00. Cancelling your reservation after September 30th will result in the forfeiture of the $300.00 deposit. Cancellations prior to September 30th will result in a fee of $150.oo.
