Our park lots are share-holder owned and our rates include: all taxes, water/sewer hookup, 30 or 50 AMP service, basic cable and picnic table. And, of course, the park amenities-heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, guest coin-operated laundry. We are pet-friendly, too! We serve also as a clearing house for owners who wish to sell their lots and/or homes.
We are conveniently located at 1674 University Parkway between U.S. 301 and U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail), near Sarasota Bay. Just minutes from so many Sarasota attractions- the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches, Ringling home and museum & downtown Sarasota.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. EST. Open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. (3 p.m. during high season). We are closed on Sundays and select holidays.
